The Kestrel Plan is one of 6 new alley-load plans. As you make your way through the front door and into the foyer, the living room and powder room is immediately to your right with the stair landing and a storage closet on the left. Making your way through the home, you will then enter the family room, kitchen, and cafe area. The 2-car garage entrance comes off of the cafe with a covered porch off of the family room.
